When you enter the maison de maitre’s front door you come into this majestic entrance, and have access to the long living/dining with very high ceiling, tall double-glazed window with wavy carpentry inlay. This 30 m2 room has a pellet fired stove, oak wood floors, hidden radiators and is facing north east with many windows, thus has beautiful sun light in the morning. The building, behind the main house, includes an entrance hall, a meat processing kitchen, a storage room, a very big garage and an attic. Not insulated nor heated but with electricity, cold and hot water as well as drainage. This could be converted into another gite, or used for a business as it has its own access by the back road with lots parking space.
