The house is located on a large plot seperated in two parts. The part with the garden, house and terrace and the second part directly on the river. The part on the river is seperated from the rest by a quiet road only used by neighbours.

The private access to the river is rare and would be great to moore a small boat, or to fish directly from the bank. The Doubs is a beautiful wild river with lots of wildlife, fish and great to make little tours.
