Enter the main house via a veranda raise above a few steps. From there, enter directly into the living room. The kitchen corner is separated from the rest of dining area with a half way up stone wall with glazed top. This large room has stone paved floor and a French beamed ceiling. In the lounge area, a large fireplace with inserted wood burner. The ceiling is white washed which enlighten the room. Large windows are north facing onto the courtyard and some smaller ones are on the south side, the slightly raised small street side.

A small room is used as a laundry room with a separate WC.

At the end, a door opens onto the stairs leading up to the small lounge with high ceiling under the eaves and structure beams showing. A small ladder takes you up to the storage room and a design staircase leads to the 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms with Velux windows. You have to go through one bedroom to get to the other.

From the small lounge, we can access the large bathroom equipped with 3 basins and a bath, a separate WC and a master bedroom with a small balcony overlooking the courtyard and further on the Mount St Vivant.

A few steps take you down to the second shower room, a dressing room and a small room currently used as a massage room with direct access to the swimming pool.

The swimming pool is bean-shaped and big enough to cool down on the hot summer days. Next to it, a second veranda currently used as a summer kitchen.

A passage gives access to the courtyard allowing the guest to use the swimming pool.

Each B&B bedroom has a suite shower room. Only one bedroom has a bathroom outside of the bedroom. In the small house, a guest bedroom also has a kitchenette allowing more autonomy to the guests.

The 2 cellars have been developed into guest kitchen and breakfast room for the guest.
