At the left end of the building, separated from the main house by the cellar door (which houses the water boiler and the fuse box), is a charming little guest studio, with a bathroom and a breakfast corner. There is a separate dining area for the occupants of the studio at the rear of the building. A workshop completes this separate building. At the end of the gravel drive way, about 20 m away from the house, a garage and a wood storage have been constructed.
