A first set of French doors open onto a south-facing terrace with a pergola. Second French doors connect to the new aluminium-built tiled veranda-living room heated/cooled by reversible air conditioning system. When you view it, you will want to linger there, because it is so welcoming and has a very pretty view of its land and the surrounding countryside! To the left of the entrance, a ground-floor bedroom raised on a gravelled cellar, where there is a recent electric hot water tank and space for a freezer.
