The original building date of the property is unknown, but it's probable it was built in various eras. In fact, the property seems more like a combination of 3 houses, a barn and a garage. De barn borders someone else's building used for agrarian purposes.

There have been a few renovations since 1999; the electricity and plumbing are both partially renovated. During the renovation the original elements were maintained. These include fire places, exposed beams, panel doors, etc. However, a few parts of the house still have to be adjusted to conform to modern day comforts and decoration which is reflected in the price.
