The entrance has a nice stone floor and leads to the lounge (about 45m²). This lounge has natural stone walls, a nice wooden floor, a ceiling of old original beams and a beautiful chimney. The spacious kitchen is functional, professional and fully equipped. The conservatory which is used as boiler room, workshop and storage has a  surface of about 70m². There is a utility room of about 12m² and a cellar of 4m².

On the first floor, accessed by an original wooden spiral staircase, we find a lounge of about 40m² with a beautiful and original wooden floor and a chimney. From the lounge direct  access to the very big (roof) terrace (on top of the conservatory), therefore about 70m², with stunning views. The big bedroom has its private bathroom with ensuite bath and toilet. The second bedroom has access to its bathroom via the corridor.

On the second floor there are 5 further bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

The big barn has a footprint of 17m x 6m.

The little building next to the gate is 25m² on the ground.

The swimming pool in the park is 12m x 6m. The beautiful park has a surface of about 3200m².
